Do I need to include the Calibri font or license in package? I’m working on a project and calibri is the font I choose for it.

Nope I don’t think you should include the font files. Also Calibri is not a free font. If possible use a free font from www.dafont.com, even though don’t include the free font, just write a note with a link to where they can download it. Makes life easier to just user a device font like Verdana or Tahoma or Arial.
