Billing / Invoice Web App?

Looking for a Billing / Invoicing web app that allows me to: - Customize the look & feel of my invoices - Allows multiple people to send invoices - Have multiple invoice templates - Have recurring invoices - Allows payment in cheque or cash - Host app on my webserver
