Banner Exchange Manager...

Hi,

I have been looking through codecanyon files for a good banner exchange manager, and low and behold, I have found one with that exact name BEM …I would however, like to either have some additional features added on to that script, or have another built from scratch. I can give the specific features to anyone who would like to take up to the challenge. In fact, I have an free banner exchange manager with all the features— EXCEPT for Paypal intergration. I would like to sell from it…If you are interested in this project, let me know, I will pass along that script to you to get started. I want to get started as soon as possible.

I am willing to pay for this project, I am not expecting it to be free.
