Hi, I have been doing some research lately on how to detect pirated products links. Now I’m thinking of implementing this as a service. You’ll simply have to enter your product name and URL and the application will run regularly to detect illegal download links for your product and send DMCA take down notices.

Dont’ know how many I have to say this, but you cannot use software to send out DMCA notices.

You have no idea what you will get yourself into by doing this. For one, most people don’t know this, but you have like 14 days after the DMCA receiver stats that they did nothing wrong to take them to court, in their state. If you do nothing, then they are free to use your pirated files and you cannot send another DMCA notice.

It’s not automated. You have to find the links yourself. My service is assumed to solve this problem, and send the emails in its own.

Not quite exactly the idea I’m looking for. You still have to look up the links yourself.

I didn’t understand. Could you elaborate more or explain it in a different way?
