Assistance with mailing list signing up feature

hey guys

A little glitch in my website i need sorting out at www.priorityclothing.com with the mailing list halfway down on the left.

Its not working at the moment. When customers enter their email and click add me, i want a message come up saying ’ All done! ’ in the original email box, and then the email address to then be added to my mailing list on mailchimp account.

Doesnt sound like it would be a terribly difficult job, but need it done asap if anyone is available to do so ill sort them out some £££ drop me an email
