personally I love data typing because it reminds me what something is. when I work with JS or php it’s the #1 thing I miss.
come ooooon! i love php because it’s really hard to crash things in php… it keeps working either way… it does not give error for every (L)ucking type missmatch (:

With that I heartily agree…before you know it you’ll be using the flash IDE solely for asset creation; compiling all your graphic elements into SWCs and instantiating them on the fly…
