I bought the Intuos4 Small, and it’s amazing so far… to draw, sketch

even it is very much like the feel on paper, it’s hard to learn drawing like that, it needs practice…. cuz till now I used to look at the paper while drawing, now with the Intuos I have to look at the display and draw on the tablet without looking at it as I wouldn’t see what I draw, sounds easy, in fact it’s not… at least for me.

additionally I love it :D

yep, intuos4 M here, and I absolutely love it.

I found that after half a year of little use of a crappy tablet i got used to drawing with a tablet, so I suppose you should be totally fine within a month :) you can try doing some excersises, like drawing grids, dots and stuff like that where you have to draw things in a precise pattern.

What I would really like to know is, do you recommend it mainly for web design (web elements, templates) as I’m not an illustrator nor doing too much retouching.

I tend to use it for drawing the most rather than design, but i still do use it every now and then.

If I were you I would get a small one just so you have it when you need it but done have to spend to much, you can go with the bamboo range which is cheaper but would fit your needs!

No I don`t have one yet :), I own a Bamboo pen and touch but I recommend you to buy the Intuos 4 or at least a Intuos 3 if you prefer if you wanna go to the next level, pen pressure is better, I heard a lot of great things about this tablet, the bamboo series are not for professional work just to doodle, writing, coloring stuff..by the way, I think is not to easy to draw with a tablet, that `s what you can do with a Cintiq.
