This is a nice thread :)

I was feeling unhappy and empty up until a few months ago, when out of nowhere I finally met an amazing woman! :) She has also got me back into doing live music, we play duets with her singing and me on guitar, which is happy times! Unfortunately I haven’t managed to do anything for graphic river since January, so I hope I get time and inspiration to do some more this year.

It’s important to be grateful for what one has. Failing to that do that, happiness won’t be there.

Desires can never be satisfied, it will always want more and more.

So be content with what you get..

Great advices, so if you don’t have much to be grateful of, should you be resentful instead? :P

I think these are romantic ideas yet it’s good for your mental stability. I’m looking at it from a more philosophical perspective. It’s easy to be grateful for a person who has something (or lots of things) to be grateful of, but tell it to the poor kids living under constant gunfire and all the violence in africa, or tell it to a person in coma. Are they grateful for what they got in life? Should they be content with what they have?

All i know is this world is unequal by foundation so feeling positive or down doesn’t change it much but hard work and smart work can change a few things. It’s normal to feel down in bad circumstances and you can’t force yourself to be positive under those conditions. But you can trust yourself and be hopeful.

Anyway, there’s lots of things to say about this, i was just teasing…

For the OP’s question, i’m feeling neutral, neither happy nor unhappy..
