Android Slideshow Box

I need some custom Android code that I intend to pay for but could also be something to offer on Code Canyon.

I’m looking for something you might have seen in business lobbies, doctor office waiting rooms, or on college campuses – a TV screen that displays slides with company news, upcoming events, random facts, etc., etc.

In the past I assume these were run off a computer running a PowerPoint slideshow. I need a quote for: - a webview app that will display a URL without any address bar or border of any kind - code that will automatically start the webview app when the box is restarted, without the need for a keyboard, mouse, or any other input device (essentially “ruining” all the great features of Android, etc. and just making it a box that does nothing but displays a website) - the ability for me to get to a setup page where I can edit the URL if needed or some other way of being able to manually interrupt it and change the beginning URL (maybe plugin a keyboard and press a key to get to a setup page?)

Or, some other solution entirely – I welcome any ideas on how to make this happen.
