Also how can you possibly know if they bought an extended license? I am a freelance for almost 10 years now i am tired + i am sick of others using small cap stock files app and selling them to others and making money on our back.

But that the cost if you want your freedom ,interesting you pop Devarai, i just saw one of your AD files been use by a studio, they change a few stuff there and i guess they credit the work . i come to the point here by just looking on a file globalize if it’s from AD i know who make it .

Also if 888.com will offered you a job as flash HT trust me you will take it ….

Look like you are doing well on your mobile app`s outside AD, that make me happy for you, kudos bro` …

+1 I’m agree also with Doru this is not a pro level work ,it wont pass the minimum standard on envato submission

This is true, lot of flash and flex devs just jump on canvas stuff because clients demand iOS compatibility. It’s hard to find great flex developers at the moment. Flex was donated to Apache months ago and not really sure what the future holds for it.

I was never flex expert on the high level but it’s a shame , still if you love the flash IDE or FB, AIR is a great alternative (Marco will avoid the IDE we all know that ).

Someone told me yesterday flash stop becoming flash when AS3 came out, at this stage you should had stop calling yourself a flasher and you start your way as a programmer, most AS3 flasher`s or AS2 shifters to AS3 didn’t get that part until it was too late for them .

In a way i look at js ,80% from what i see is lean on jQuery in my eyes you cannot call yourself a programmer if you don’t understand the DOM .

When platform like WEBGL and the canvas will start be dominate in a few years then people will understand how things are getting more complex for them and the cycle of shaking will start over.

Building website should be easy ; mobile will never be that easy, this market just move way way to fast …this is why AIR will be such a great alternative for developers not for small stock market sell …or maybe i am just wrong …..Who knows…

One thing i can say on the AD community we have, its not relevant anymore… and i never find where the God dam AIR section is …..

Think of this Tibe` let’s say you open a small studio you are looking for mobile developers you need 1 for android a good one will cost you $1000 a week before taxes, 1 blackberry developer a good one $600-$800 a week before taxes,1 for the ios objective-C master lets pay them more (you know it’s a brand ) $1300 a week before taxes.

Then you going to say yes but you have platform like titanium and with respect they are not that mature platform and base on js .

So now i can say hi Tibe` all i need is a good AIR developers with flex oriented skills (even so not a must) 1 platform for all easy as that save tons of money with left over to hire Marco for moral support .

Funny thing suddenly there is no more good flash/flex developers to hire you can come to the place i am right now on the spot $1000 a week for a “good” flex/flash/air developer with 1-2 years experiences.

Company like Myopia (http://www.mytopia.com/) struggling finding good flex/flash/air developers or like 888.com one of the biggest gaming company in the world can’t find good flex/flash/air developer for over a month ,now that is the real world .

If you think as a developer that in 4 years html5 will dominate in the mobile sector you have a long way to go my friend

Reminds me the days when it’s all start with the mobile world 10 years old or so when people drove in the cars and talk to themselves on midair ,for the outsider it was looking as someone has a mantel issue.

Now you are going to see people doing weirdo exercise in front of the screen with both there hands …look tiring to me…and hell where exactly you are going to hold your cigarette when working? None friendly smoker system? give me a break …. But hell its cool looking and make us very small in the way we develop stuff for the web

You are missing the point we can already see the loop holes as developers on each market with the Extended License…but i think everyone is trying their best here, there is really no winwin situation here with this issue …..

Before they have extended license here about 3-4 years or so, client ask me the same thing…all i can say at the end i got 15×100=1500 and he force me to remove the app from here… was OK by me
