Well, it would be thousands when I imagine the requester was hoping for hundreds.

Most of the custom music requests I receive through AJ disappear after my price quote. I think there is some sticker shock when buyers who are used to $17 per track find out the price for a custom music track.

I’m solo too. With the exception of the great vocals by Zhanna Baltseva and Arina Popova, all tracks are composed, performed and produced by me.

(Well, my 2 young kids are singing on a few tracks too. )

Just got my first one of these a few days ago. I don’t think they are given out for simple buyer’s remorse. It sounds like it is mostly for fraud claims. I noticed a sale was removed from my April total. I assume that means someone noticed a fraudulent charge on their credit card statement. I’m not sure why else a reversal would be made a month later.

Last year July sales were down about 15-20% for me and, if I remember correctly, it was similarly down over much of the AJ marketplace.
