Well, thinking as freelancer… just as says tutelages, every freelancer has their own rate, but if, envato just make an time approximate?

we need a way to rate users who are freelancers. almost here are very nice, but others…

I want to propose an idea for envato and freelancers:

1 – envato must establish a rate/hour. 2 – you post your work on forums of special area. 3 – envato makes an estimate of hours (very important, envato will be neutral) 4 – if some freelancer takes the job, the post will be closed. 5 – payment must be through envato (earnings to envato too). 6 – now you can rate your favorite coder / designer etc.

I think is a good idea (must be polished), freelancer avoid miss understandings and user feels safe.

mysql process is about 13% max 16%, cpu usage and memory is about 0.6

yes, is fully dedicated server, not virtual… I’ve recompiled mysql without success, maybe is my.cnf or the script itself…

yes, after restart mysqld service everything works great for a while, maybe a couple minutes, then slowdown. : (

recently i’ve upgraded my site, but now mysql is so slow, sometimes took 1400 secs to render the page, im running on a dedicated server and only 20 -25 users.

any idea?
