TopStudio - Yes, I saw that file before, but there is no database used and thus no admin page. (I may have contacted you about this file before, I don’t remember).
iamthwee – Thanks, but I’m not looking for WP.
There are a lot of forms here, but what I’d like to see is a form builder that has an admin page where he can see all the submissions in a list. If he can edit and email them that would be a bonus.
I was thinking about something like the numerous jquery image galleries that are for sale here. Thumbnails with left and right arrow on either side of the thumbnails to scroll, and the video player above the thumbs?
Looking for a player that has a horizontal thumbnail strip and captions below the player when each video is selected and a caption below each thumbnail. Anyone developing such a thing?
I need a full blown retail web site where my client can easily add inventory, create categories, add to main navigation (categories and sub categories), control order of how products are displayed within the categories, a simple user registration system, bookmark feature so users can add products to their favorites on the site, admin can see a report what was bookmarked/most popular/full report, etc., and search to name a few. I don’t however need any ecommerce yet in this project.
+1 already asked but nothing new…
Why adding new features if our items are not highlighted ?
Well since we’re just wishing here because non of the admins have chimed in yet, that can be easily solved by having a box on the home page featuring updated files (not that there is a lack of space there, there’s plenty of room to add.) The section can be titled “Recently updated files” or something.
Buyers win because of the extra incentive for authors to maintain their existing files, authors win with extra home page exposure and evanto wins with more $ales volume.
I would go one step further and would also like to see 2 subscribe options on all files’ pages.
Subscribe to discussion
Subscribe to update notifications
This would help me as a buyer to observe the files that I am interested in but not quite ready to purchase yet. If I’m subscribed to updates I’ll know the file is now where I would like it to be for me to use, and by subscribing to the discussions I might learn good information regarding the file that can also persuade me to purchase it.
I think these features would be a great selling tool for authors and envato as well.
I would like to know if there is any plans to implement some kind of notification to buyers when a file they purchased has been updated. I recall seeing a thread with this as the topic a while back and if I remember correctly it was going to be a future site enhancement here.
Can we get this feature added?
This solution works best for me. It doesn’t have background image positioning/repeat issues (like others out there) and is very compact and easy to use.
