You can do that with javascript. If movie with php file works, you can detect it from the flash. Then, you can call a javascript function from flash file which sends a parameter to another flash file.

Write:

System.useCodePage = true;

on your fla file’s first frame. And then, save your PHP file as UTF -8 encoding.

Save your XML file by Dreamveawer.

Modify > Page Properties > Title/Encoding > UTF -8
