absolutely. That’s what I meant. I think we should tidy up a bit. But envato staff should make announcement or even participate in that. Cause the projects are coming in faster and faster its becoming harder and harder to be noticed and found, especially when there is many very old projects in search results.

Hey authors, what do you think about the oldest VH projects ? Which probably obviously doesn’t bring any sales to authors now, but are still in the searches. I am not telling they are bad, and obviously at that time they were great. But NOW, I think they just doesnt even meet required parameters.

Mr. Envato staff, don’t you think we should tidy up a little bit?

Again, I am not saying they are bad, I know they were great at that time. But now they have to be updated or deleted. Thats my opinion.

That’s very cynical of you Andrey. I can only speak for myself, but I have no self-promotional intent posting on this thread, or really anywhere on the forums. I suspect the same applies to most other posters… particularly the regular ones.

Forum posting is extremely time-intensive, is broadly only seen by other authors, and I’m convinced has approximately zero effect in promoting sales. I personally post here because I like the community.

What happened? March was doing just great…. and then it stopped. Down from sales in double figures to sales in the 1s and 2s in the last few days.

Hey, as we all know after the item is approved it goes to the front page, and then it travels all the way down and disappears. But if another item of same author is approved then that item occupies the spot of already exposed item. So the question is, when the item does not loose the exposure ? I mean there is two All and After Effects Project Files filters by which you can see all or only AE items, so which one the item has to pass not to be occupied by the new item approved ?

do I have to wait for item to travel all the way down ALL thumbs ? or all the way AFTER EFFECTS PROJECT FILES thumbs ?
