The design really needs more whitespace and less colors, it feels very busy and I feel like it yells at me :/

At the Google Search Summit this past year, we were told by Google not to tell clients that we can guarantee any type of ranking for SEO . Below is straight from the handout given to me from our Google Rep.

No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.

Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a “special relationship” with Google, or advertise a “priority submit” to Google. There is no priority submit for Google. In fact, the only way to submit a site to Google directly is through our Submit your content page or by submitting a Sitemap and you can do this yourself at no cost whatsoever.

Also, for someone who advertises guaranteed search results, you guys don’t even have any meta data on your homepage. I guess the barber doesn’t cut his own hair?

I am releasing a topnotch SEO service. I am seeking someone with great After Effects and video editing skills.

I would like to create a 1min promo video/after effects animation on my SEO Service.

Just looking for some advice from you guys on what you usually say/do if you put your hard work into a design that looks amazing and the client wants something implemented that throws everything off. This has got to get on everybody’s nerves! lol

I am currently developing a website for a pretty big client. We are working on a wordpress platform. Due to time, we used a child theme to develop the site on. Everything is going well so far, the only thing that puts a crunch in our time and deadline is the fact that the theme doesn’t have a designed blog page.

The job – We need just need a simple blog page template designed to display posts with a featured thumbnail. On the blog page each post will have a summary and a read more button. We’re talking your basic wordpress blog page, just like there is on every single wordpress theme themeforest sells.

We also need the single.php cleaned up. You don’t have t go crazy on the css. I will be happy to style the pages myself. I just need the wordpress/php framework developed.

Also we would like to have Facebook Comments added.

This project is very time sensitive so it needs to be done rather quickly.
