The best thing is the contact the author of the Themeforest template and the Codecanyon WordPress plugin. Find out if its a conflict between those two. If if is I’m sure they will be willing to help you!

You can also try and disable ALL plugins on the website and then activate the DJManager plugin from Codecanyon and see if it works. If it doesn’t then I would contact the author of DJManager.

You are absolutely correct that you need an Extended License in order to bundle or implement Codecanyon WordPress plugins in your own theme and resell it.

You can not resell the plugins alone, but you can either bundle them or implement them. I don’t want to do self promotion, but all our premium WordPress plugins on Codecanyon are available with Extended Licenses and contain examples on how to integrate them into your own theme. This means the plugins will not be bundled like a plugin_name.zip file – but will be an integrated part of your own theme.

Only in the readme.txt file will there be information (license information) that you actually purchased the plugins and implemented them

When you purchase an Extended License of eg. a theme on Themeforest or a WordPress plugin on Codecanyon—you are allowed to install it on your WordPress Multisite network. This means that all sub-sites will be able to use it.

You are absolutely right about that, but we are also told that we need to be unique when we come up with ideas for new plugins – that means similar plugins should not be available for free.

if you search on wordpress.org you will find around 50 of them. I haven’t checked them, but of course we can make something different and better for codecanyon. It just semas to me like this one is not very “unique”
