Recently I’ve found that one of my tracks was used for one Youtube video that has A LOT OF views, BUT video author is using preview file with watermark – so, I think that he hasn’t bought licence. (Of course it could be that they bought licence, but just screwed something up and used preview version, but I don’t think so…)
I’ve already sent them message, but there is no reply.
Maybe someone can tell me what should I do with this situation? What are the options and what is the best way for authors like us to receive something that we earned?
Thanks!P.S. Video with my music is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NgeMGKW3Ec

My reaction when gas has becomes cheaper for 0.01$
I don’t know…everytime when I am testing search engine, it always shows me tracks that has my tag worn in item name. If I search “extreme”, than I see all tracks that has word “extreme” in it’s title. I don’t really see a point of selecting proper tags for my track. I think it’s better to add tags in item title. But I hate to name my tracks like “corporate rock” or “extreme alternative rock”...
So I was right where I thought that this sound is guitar harmonics, but I think this wasn’t played on guitar, because sound is to perfect:) It must be some sample program, but not RealStrat – I remember RealStrat harmonics – they sound different:) I need to try Wavesfactory.
Thank You for Your replies!
I mean beginning part. There are a lot of tracks that has this sound, but I can’t get something close to this. It would be great to know some plugin that can make similar sound to this one.
250MBits/s unlimited = $25/monthly But for me it’s free, because I work in this Internet provider company:)
Max what I can get is 1 Gbit/s – it costs 100$(with Interactive TV and phone)
To promote his video. He is promoting my song by using it in his preview and I am promoting his video. I think it’s fair.:)
I think that there are no straight rules about this. Personally I am posting link to his item on my track description field, on my profile page and tweet his work as well.
