Question Jeff, applications on windows can be made using many languages so will all be allowed, how would they be rated since Java applications are costly compare to other other apps. Suppose we create specific applications for our themes , like an image uploader that uploads to my specific theme only would that be allowed.

Congrats man, one question can you use SWIFT to transfer to savings account ( HDFC or SBI ) or do you need a current account . With paypal restrictions , I am thinking of using swift for bigger amounts.

for the Java part hire someone and php part is not that tough.. u wont find a perfect software that will suit all your needs

you will need a Java VNS server, as far as I know you will need a custom software that will cost u a lot and screen capture is impossible to prevent.
